About the Event
When rock n' roll music took the world by storm in the 50s, dancers picked up on the retro style. Rockabilly is fast-paced and upbeat, with lots of high-energy movement, bouncy pulse, bouncy arms, cool clothes and cars. Learn beginner rockabilly jive or solo with stroll and bop with East Side 6 Dance from Toronto’s top rockabilly instructors, Dave and Vicky.
You can find the dance studio at 1298 Gerrard St. East, up on the 3rd floor at the far end of the hallway.
Advance Tickets (7:30 - 9:30)
$30 advance ticket price for 2 hours of instruction. $40 at the door.
