Vendor Application Form

Vendor applications are open until August 31, or until all spots are filled. There are currently a few spots open for the main floor. Please note that we may not be using the 3rd floor this year as there is mostly interest in exhibiting on the main floor.

We will add a second market date if there is interest and more vendors than can fit on the main theatre floor.

Applications must be submitted with payment to be considered for the market.

The Redwood Theatre Holiday Market - Vendors Application 2025

If you have a web site, and social media, please include any additional links you would like to add to your listing.

Please add any images that you would like us to use on your listing for the event. This should include a logo, and at least one good image that represents your products or services. Images should be square (1x1 format) to fit into the listing on the web site.

Payment is required to complete your application. Notification of entry in the market will be sent first week of September or sooner. Refunds will be issued if vendors are not selected. All booths are 6'x6' in area. Price includes HST

Please select a booth (with or without a table included) 2 chairs will be provided for each booth.

Tables are standard folding 6' style. If you need a larger area, please select multiple booths.
