The Studios in The Redwood Building
Along with the theatre and cafe, there are 3 large studios located above the theatre.
We currently have a rehearsal, podcast and photography studio (studio 1), an art gallery/green room (studio 2) and dance/general use studio (studio 4). The studios, as well as the theatre and cafe are part of the not for profit organization, The Inventors Nest, which manages the facilities.
Studio 1
Rehearsal Studio
Originally used as a photography studio, this space is now fully equipped as a band rehearsal studio and pod cast studio.
Studio includes a drum kit, mics, amps, mic stands, a PA system, ready to roll. Curtains around the room can be used for sound dampening.
Rental rates range from $25/hour - $75/hour.
Studio 2
Art Gallery
This is now our art gallery - available for rentals, and including a professional art hanging system, furniture ( if required) and mini kitchen.
The studio can also be used as a venue for performances that hold up to 50 people.
Rates start at $25 - $75/hour depending on usage.
Studio 4
Dance Studio
This is our dance studio, complete with mirrored wall, hardwood floor. Great space for dancers, or can be used for rehearsals, and performances.
Rates start at $25/hour up to $75/hour depending on time and application.
